So why so many of us are struggling with our health, but more specifically, our waistlines? So what do smart people do when there is a change in how we conduct our everyday lives? You adapt.
You find a way to get the workout in without having us drag our butts to a gym daily. You can not knock physical movement it is a surefire way to get things back under control and into clothes from years past. Right? That's exactly what my thinking was as well.
Incorporating more physical activity into your everyday routine, whether it is taking the stairs instead of the escalator or walking short distances instead of driving, there are countless ways for you to get your exercise routine underway. Another pat on the back for the BEST solution to a problem, right?
Make it more convenient and make it a part of our everyday routine. But as I am sure you have noticed, some days are harder than others. We need RESULTS and results that last a lifetime.
There is nothing wrong with this concept; it just needs to be tailored to you and your lifestyle. This means in order for you to lose weight and keep it off; the solution must have sustainable results.
I am sure you have discovered that the weight is not falling off like you would like it to. This is because the solution that was delivered did not take your lifestyle into account and it failed you.
Now I know you may be thinking that it must be your age right? Because that's what modern science and medicine are saying is the real reason why those pounds are not falling off.

But you have to know some lies about exercise that you have fallen prey to. I am not trying to paint this picture that the industry is after you, no. But they are intentionally deceiving you.
For what, you ask?
So you can't get the results you want and be a forever CUSTOMER/CONSUMER and not the happy, energetic and healthy person that you are.
